Warehouse Transport

Autonomously move shelves, cases, and pallets between set processes, phased in area by area along existing flows.

Core functions
  • Transport by load type: under-shelf, case, or pallet
  • Fleet control for many units and WMS / WES integration
  • Safety stops and avoidance when sharing aisles with people
Customer value
  • Reduces worker walking time and raises shipping capacity
  • Scale capacity in peak season simply by adding units
  • Fewer forklift moves lower collision risk
Check before deploying
  • Load form, weight, and moves per hour
  • Floor flatness, aisle widths, and how much WMS work is needed

Alpen quadruples outbound capacity with shelf-carrying robots

Challenge

Walking a large warehouse to find items was holding productivity down.

Deployment

Since 2018, 216 robots at East Japan FC (Chiba) bring whole shelves to workstations.

Outcome

Outbound capacity 4x, storage 2x, and 40% less labor across the warehouse.

Fully automatedpallet transfer

S.T. Corporation's Fukushima plant fully automates finished-goods transfer with an autonomous forklift

Challenge

Palletizing was already automated, but moving pallets to the next step still needed workers.

Deployment

Triggered by equipment PLC signals, the VNP15 carries finished pallets to the truck berth and refills the palletizer with empty pallets.

Outcome

Destinations are assigned automatically, so the whole transfer runs with no operator instructions.

Fully unmannedchute feeding

Mazda's head plant makes part feeding fully unmanned with an autonomous forklift and camera monitoring

Challenge

Manual forklift replenishment shifted parts across several lanes, so location records needed operator input.

Deployment

At the head plant, the VNP15 takes parts from double-stacked steel pallets (4 deep × 12 wide) and feeds a chute, triggered by equipment PLC signals via RCS.

Outcome

14 cameras detect part movements in real time and update locations automatically, enabling fully unmanned operation.
