Material Feeding & Machine Tending

Replace the repetitive job of loading material bags and parts into machines, taking heavy lifting and dusty environments off people.

Core functions
  • Grips 20–30 kg bags and parts and loads them into machines
  • Unloading and loading in sync with the machine cycle
  • Dust- and water-resistant models for powder and washdown areas
Customer value
  • Eliminates heavy lifting and cuts back-injury risk
  • Feeding continues nights and weekends, raising equipment utilization
  • Less exposure to powders and chemicals improves the work environment
Check before deploying
  • Whether bag opening and empty-bag disposal are in scope (needs custom tooling and integration)
  • Payload and reach, plus guarded versus collaborative operation
